Double Omlette & Vada Pav
I have been busy. People who are close to me shall interpret 'busy' as "staring at the cieling trying not to hold any thoughts in the head" (you should try it if you think it is easy). I however have high hopes of convincing all otherwise. So what have I been upto this last year odd.
1. Some work
2. I moved in with my girl-friend
3. I proposed to her and got engaged (A mistake she will realise 7 years down the line.)
4. Lots of Staring at the cieling
5. Etc
Ever since I got engaged I have had well meaning friends reaching out to me on life after marriage. Strong medicine especially for someone who believes nothing is going to change.
I wrote the above on Nov 10 of 2006. Never posted it or finished it or got to the part about Double Omlette and Vada Pav. Yep this blog is totally neglected.
I have gotten married since (to the same girl). Been 7 months since I got married. We also got a dog. Not so much has changed. Whatever has changed has changed for the better me thinks. Improvements have been incremental however since I am greedy when it comes to life I expect them to be exponential. Let's see. |
